Medication use: Can I use your dietary supplements even if I am already prescribed medication?

Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case, as we are not authorized to give you medical advice. Therefore, if you are taking medication, we recommend that you consult your doctor first.

Scope of delivery: there is no measuring spoon in the glass, what should I do now?

Each package usually includes a measuring spoon. However, it's often hidden at the bottom, so you'll have to search carefully for it. If the measuring spoon isn't included, contrary to expectations, we apologize. Please contact us!

Pay and save

What payment options are available?

There are various ways to pay at Sterrenstof: AfterPay, iDeal, or Bancontact. There are no additional fees.

Can I pay afterwards?

This option is also available. Use AfterPay or Klarna.

Sterrenstof loyalty vouchers: how does it work?

With every order, you'll receive a so-called "flight ticket" in your package. Keep this unique Sterrenstof flight ticket. Once you've collected 5, you'll receive €10 in shopping credit. Have you collected even 10? Your Sterrenstof loyalty will be rewarded extra! In this case, you'll receive a whopping €50 in shopping credit!

How can I redeem the Sterrenstof flight tickets?

If you have collected 5 or even 10 tickets, please send us a photo by email to info@sterrenstore.nl and/or via WhatsApp +31 (0)642998449. We will then verify the tickets and give you a personalized code that you can redeem in the webshop (please note that each flight ticket has its own code, so they are not interchangeable).

Delivery

How long does shipping take?

If you order before 11:59 PM on a working day (Monday - Friday), we will ship your package the same day. The first delivery attempt will usually be made on the next working day or the next. Delivery time is therefore 1 to 3 days. Packages within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL, and within Belgium by PostNL Belgium. For Germany, the following applies: either DHL or DPD. Did you place your order before 4:00 PM on the weekend? We will do our best to deliver your order within 3 days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM are usually delivered on Tuesday. Please note that the sample packaging will be delivered in your mailbox.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is complete, you'll receive a Track & Trace code from us via email. This allows you to easily track your order online. If you're not at home when your order is delivered, the package will be offered again the next day or dropped off at a post office or parcel shop. You'll then receive a notification in your mailbox.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

Once your order is complete, you will receive an invoice via email. We will also send the invoice to you along with the ordered products in your package.

Which countries within Europe do you deliver to?

Sterrenstof products can be ordered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Can I return my nutritional supplements?

If the item is unopened, you can return it within 14 days according to our return policy. To ensure a smooth return process, it's important that you contact us so we're aware of your return. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange products. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please include a note with your order number and contact information. The package should be sent postage paid to the address above. Keep the Track & Trace code as proof of delivery.

I returned my package, but the amount hasn't been transferred to my account yet. What should I do now?

We strive to process your return within 10 business days. If you haven't received the refund within 10 days, please contact us by email or phone.
