Schritt 1

Pour 250 ml of water into a shaker or glass

We always recommend using a Sterrenstof shaker (to-go) or a (dry) glass.

Schritt 2

Take half a measuring spoon

The included scoop contains 10 grams, while one serving contains 5 grams. Therefore, you should prepare Sterrenstof's creatine with half a scoop (0.5).

Schritt 3

Shake (or stir) for at least 30 seconds

Once your steroid creatine is completely dissolved, please let it stand for (at least) 30 seconds.
